Return and Refund Policy

 All sales are final. 

There will be no refunds. 

Requirements for online testing: 

 Have a webcam and microphone attached to your computer, laptop, or Chromebook

• Have access to a quiet room to take the exam in
• Have a current, government-issued ID
• It Will Be Similar To a Teams Or Zoom Call

You may reschedule a total of 3 times for each person. 

If someone fails the class, they may retest only once. Must be for the person who failed the class with Safe Food Instruction. There will be no substitutions. The retest must occur within six months of the original test date.

Book(s) must be ordered 7 business days in advance.
